Are you playing CDs from the CD-ROM drive? Hmm, I thought kscd (or
something like that) was the tool designed for that? I usually rip my CDs
and compress them to .ogg and then play them using XMMS. BTW, if you are
playing from the CD drive, are you using the audio cable? or digital data?
