I have one of the "Aldi" Tevion cards based on the saa7134 and it was a
PITA to get going but it does work and it works well, maybe just me not
reading the docs right the first time but after experimenting with the
different tuners and such I have no probs.

All is included in the 2.6 kernel ( which at the time I did not have as
I was still running 9.0 ) it gives me Nicam stereo and the radio does
work, the only thing I have not got to work is the remote but as I now
feed a signal through composite from a dvb box I am not bothered, maybe
one day I will try :)

If you do opt for one of these then just holler and I will give the
options for it, I should have read the hints on the kraxel??? site on
how to do it first but did it my own way in the end :)

If you want to google the alt.os.linux.hardware group you might find my
posts on how I got it to work.

Before this card I have used an old PCTV Rave ( bttv484 chipset, no
frills just TV and teletext ) for over 5 years and worked flawless
( which windows could never do, try updating the software from pinnacle
if you dare :) and is recognised straight away by Yast, it is in fact
still working in another machine downstairs.
