i did. its worth it, especially when you tell it to store user preferences,
whitelists and bayes data in a mysql database.

i made a src.rpm for suse 8.0, which builds the two rpm packages
spamassassin and perl-spamassassin... you could try to rebuild that on your
suse 9.1 if you want. mail me and i'll send you the source rpm.
