OT - Slow Connectivity to SuSE's German Mirror Sites

Over the last few days I've been experiencing really slow transfers from
all the sites listed in the YOU mirrors - I'm talking about 6kBytes/sec
against the normal 60kBytes/sec.

Anyone else noticed anything? FTP to/from my own ISP and other
sites (US and Europe) seem OK so I don't think its local.

Ive been trying to get the x86_64 mozilla 1.7.2 RPMs from ftp.suse.com
also - same performance.
