I'm using RealPlayer10. QuickTime? Is there a QuickTime for Linux? The
last time I checked there wasn't.

When it doesn't work, (which is usually) I have to reload the page in
Firefox or it will absolutely not work if I try again. I seem to have
better luck with the chapters in hours 2 and 3 rather than in hour 1. I
think another poster is right though. I'll bet it's a java thing rather
than a player issue.

Have you installed the MPlayer Plugin too? I believe you need it. I much
prefer it to xine for streaming video. You can get it at Pacman's site,
http://packman.links2linux.org/?action=319
I wish MPlayer would work, I'm pretty sure it would allow a person to
(horror of horrors!) save the streams to disk.

Isn't Kaffeine just a KDE front end for Xine? That's what I thought
anyway. Either way, I didn't like it and switched to MPlayer. I seem to
recall uninstalling Xine and Kaffeine was the easiest way to undo all of
the file adssociations etc.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. I've got a long way to go before
achieving "Propellerhead" status. :) I posted about this very problem
several weeks back (using RP8 at the time) and I didn't receive much in
the way of help (at least nothing definative). Getting MPlayer working
resolved a good many of my streaming problems, just not this one. There
are a lot of "M$ Friendly" sites out there that really piss me off. Some
will pass the stream through anyway, and they usually work. Some just
refuse to work (and say so) without M$/WMP on board.
