Running VMware Workstation 4.5.2 build 8848 on SuSE 9.1 kernel version
2.6.5-7.111

I get a warning "Could not query bridging status on device /dev/vmnet0.
Please update your vmnet driver." every time I start a VM, but bridging
still works well.

Also I get an assert the first time I start a VM after a reboot, VM will
crash. Restart VM (and all others after that) and it will work fine.

Also on my WinXP laptop I am using Suse 9.1 as a host with no issues (other
than the VMware-tools one already mentioned by another poster)
