Go to Yast--->security and users---->security settings. There you can
modify, under "boot permissions" or something similar (sorry, mine is in
spanish) the behaviour of Ctl-Alt-Del and KDM logoff:
Ctl-Alt-Del--->reboot
KDM logoff--->all users
