I assume this is not your server or you would have more of a clue. You
don't even say what mail client you are using: Kmail, thunderbird,
evolution, piece of string?

Sounds like you are trying to use your dialup provider's SMTP server
from broadband. As far as they are concerned, you are J. Random Spammer,
trying to use their mail server to relay since you are not coming in
from one of their networks. If you are on broadband, then you should use
your broadband provider's SMTP server. Any decent mail client will allow
you to create and use different profiles.
