Guillermo Ballester Valor has written two littele bash-scripts to
automate the download, build and installation of libdvdcss. You can
download the scripts here for SuSE >= 9.0 or SuSE <= 8.2.

Also if you would have payed attention, people have mentioned xine and a
page to install xine easily: http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/xine/
wher you can download the libdvdcss rpm files.

As you need the 64 bit, you might want to try the first one, so it
compiles for your machine.
