houghi@penne : nslookup
Note: nslookup is deprecated and may be removed from future releases.
Consider using the `dig' or `host' programs instead.

Use dig instead. I have already seen wrong outcomes with nslookup.

The idiots over there have pointed their complete range to localhost for
one reason or another and put that on their DNS servers.
houghi@penne : dig -x 203.160.1.1
1.1.160.203.in-addr.arpa. 86158 IN PTR localhost

If you look ate some other numbers at the end, you will see they are
also pointed towards localhost. What I do not get is why that would
bother your localhost. /etc/host has normaly priority over any DNS
server.

If I surf to 203.160.1.1 I get my owb site as expected, as it points to
localhost.
