How to automate Control Center -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Cleanup

Hi,

I would like to use a script to automate the privacy cleanup, i.e.

  Control Center -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Cleanup

How can I do this? Are there any appropriate kcontrol options? Or is this
possible via dcop? If yes, how does this work?
