I thought it was bttv. Found out later that it was not.

Because I got no answer here, I tried my luck in another Newsgroup
be.comp.os.linux where they gave me that page as well, or at least the
mother page.

I still can not get it to work. When I run KDE, it is recognized as
explained here: http://www.anandtech.com/linux/showdoc.aspx?i=2190&p=3

Back to the first page. I run 9.1, so I tried
http://ivtv.writeme.ch/tiki-index.php?page=Suse91HowTo
That gave me the following problems:
The URL at the top should be http://ivtv.no-ip.com/ and not the one with
the IP. You will then be forwarded.

Extracting the firmaware gave me an error, so I tried the thing that is
explained on the 9.2 page.

I did a make and make install and got:
WARNING: Symbol version dump
/usr/src/linux-2.6.5-7.111.30-obj/i386/smp/Module.symvers is missing,
modules will have CONFIG_MODVERSIONS disabled.

depmod and insmod ivtv seeme3d to work. When I then do ./ptune-ui.pl I
get "unable to open: No such device at ./ptune-ui.pl line 240."

That line points I think to /dev/video0
root@penne : l /dev/video0
crw------- 1 houghi video 81, 0 2004-04-06 15:27 /dev/video0

I thought that because I searched what would work under Linux and
because it was in the list of TV cards, instalation would be as easy as
all the other gardware I have.
