Hello all,

after many attempts to configure my wireless network to use WPA with my
Linksys router I am at the point where I can see my access point, but I
do not get an IP address. I am getting a timeout when running the
wpa_supplicant. I googled on this and found that this problem is solved
by updating the wpa_supplicant package, which I did (I am now running
version 0.26). I also updated ndiswrapper to version 0.12 and also
installed version 0.27 of the wireless tools. This is where my problem is:

When the system is booting up, it properly finds my Linksys card, but
immediately says

iwconfig not found. Please install package 'wireless-tools'

As I said, I built and installed the latest version of the package but
it seems that something is still missing. Do I have to create any links
to the individual tools? If so, how?

I am very close to getting this thing finally running. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Alex
