Hi People.

I have finally had it with windows and Micro$oft and decided to try
out SuSE linux 9.2 after aquiring a copy. I boot from the CD, as ya
do, then when installing i get the message "Evaluating Package
Selection". i read in places that the installation hangs at this
point like it did with me, which is why i am asking for your help. i
done Ctrl Alt F3 and the last 2 lines were:

mount: /dev/ram2: we need a loop
mount: using /dev/loop0

then nothing happens. it wont go past this "Evaluating Package
Selection" message. any ideas as to why this is happening and how to
solve it? if what i have said makes no sense, so excuse me as i am
very very new to linux and quite frankly, probably don't know what i
am talking about.

Cheers
