My Linux gets stuck

Hi,
I have a problem with my Suse, it gets stuck some times, and I need to
restart it, I don't know why, but I noticed that it gets stucked also
when am trying to enter my USB Memory Stick, it does mount it, but when
I enter it goes dead..
Please help, what to do ??
