Suse 9.2 x64: sendmail losing mail?

I installed sendmail with Yast, which had to uninstall postfix.

I sent some mail in queue mode using sendmail.

The log said it was queued, but there is nothing in /var/spool/mqueue ,
mailq reports empty, sendmail -q -v reports nothing and I never receive
the mail.

Anyone else have this problem?
