Shall I go back to Windows?

I've been using Suse 9.1 for a couple of months now and have been really
impressed. Steep learning curve after years of DOS and then Windows, but
thought it was worth it to get away from the dominance of Microsoft.

So last week installed Suse 9.2 and when the question was asked 'Use
entire disc' I answered 'YES' - I no longer have a Windows partition!!!

It's been a nightmare ever since:

The calendar part of KDE doesn't work - keeps crashing - can't find any
help about this problem.
Installing a couple of programs stops - telling me that packages that are
installed are not (eg package config)
Bought a Palm Tungsten T5 'cos Linux supports Palm devices - but not the
T5 apparently.

Am quite low at the moment and need some reassurance that somehow I can
reslove all this and not to give up and reinstall Windows.

Anyone got any ideas?
