Your port 22 is not open. That could be due to several things.
1. You have not opend it in the firewall settings in YAST.
2. Your provider blocks some ports.
To test this first turn off your firewall (temporarily) and go to
http://www.grc.com Go to Shields Up and at Hot Spots (almost at the end)
ShieldsUp! again.
If port 22 is not open, then it is probably your provider. Try it with
running ssh on a high port, like 4500 or 10000.
Don't forget to turn on your firewall again.
