2nd KDE for test-reason?

Hi,
I got a Suse 9.0 installation with updated KDE to 3.3.2 and I want to
install KDE 3.4 unstable for test-reason.
How do I do that? Maybe i'll need to create annother user?
I already downloaded the Suse-src-rpms from
ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/3.4.0-rc1/SuSE/src
