I've been using Suse 9.2 for several weeks now and am very impressed, but I
have a question that I can't seem to find a straight answer to.

If I install an application say MyApp-4.5 that ships with Suse 9.2 (rpm), I
can go to the Novell website and get all the UPDATES I want for MyApp-4.5.

But if I want to UPGRADE to MyApp-4.7 several months later, I'm SOL unless I
buy a new version of Suse.

Does this seem correct?
