To be honest, there should be no missing dependencies, so either you confuse
the version of your SuSE, or you should switch to a recent version. You
will not find packages for very old versions such as 7.3.
I would recommend to you that you wait for your harddisk and install SuSE
9.2 which is freely available and saves you a lot of hussle when installing
software packages. Basically it would be a click and go with SuSE 9.2, so
why do you want SuSE 7.3? Apart from that KDE has improved a lot and its
usabilty is not compareabel to the version coming with 7.3.
You can get 9.2 via ftp-installation, or d/l the DVD and burn it. Make sure
to read the READMEs in that directory, although one of them is in German,
the commands to type should be obvious. You need them to melt the split
DVD-ISO back to one file.
