Yes, Ferris, I do. :-)

OT here, therefore I don't want to go deeper into material sciences, but
just admit, that my above statement lacks scientific precision with
regard to "reasonable time scale", "long time periods" and acting forces
causing the "changes" to clearly explain, what I wanted to express. :-)

Still keen to see the corning link.
