Well,
100s of CDs and DVDs later, I find k3b easy and reliable - out of the box
and updated. If rpms aren't good enough for you ("make" and "make
install"), you should be savvy enough to get at least as good results
unless you have a way oddball system. Suggest YAST back to square one,
then upgrade with SuSE rpms.
