Apparently the linux driver for the prism54 does not support WEP and WPA key
setting. This means that you can not have a connection with encryption.
I assume this card also has a Windows XP driver. You could try to use this
driver in combination with ndiswrapper. The Novell support website provides
information on how to set this up.
I use ndiswrapper with WEP, which works. I have not found the proper setup
for WPA.
BTW, there is not one WPA but several different WPA setups. Yast only gives
you WPA-PSK. In my situation the setup with Yast does not work. If you want
an other type of WPA you have to configure that outside Yast. See
http://hostap.epitest.fi/wpa_supplicant/ .
