Always finding new hardware on 9.3

My 9.3 is constantly finding new hardware. . . like my mouse, or printer
or network card and always asks to configure it. But there really is no
new hardware that I installed.

Otherwise everything works great.

Is it 9.3 that is crazy or is my motherboard bad?

Just wondering.
