Well then you should have associated the 'alias' stuff with your being
a Microsoft contractor and *not* prefaced it just before you said you
were downloading SUSE on bittorrent. We can only go by what you write
and how you write it, regardless of what you meant.

I don't know WTF you mean by that 'gotcha'. You're the one who was
imprecise in your writing and now want to back-pedal. Just re-read your
first post. You associated your alias assumption with downloading from
bittorrent.
> The identity thing is plain stupid.
I agree. If you can't post as yourself, don't come bitching when people
don't want to help. Who GAF where you work? Be yourself, you'll get
more positive responses.
> Either way you don't know me.
And from what I've read so far, I don't want to get to know you.
Sounding more like a troll.
> Why all the fuss and muss? So much for being upfront about it.
Being upfront about *what* exactly? The only person *not* being upfront
right now, is _you_!

Yes, which is why this is my last msg in this thread.

Well, you didn't read my post, or you just chose to ignore what I wrote
so you could get deeper into a troll post. Re-read what I wrote:
"I didn't have too much of a problem with it, because I had read that
you had purchased the product."
Mff'ppm pffmppmmmpmfpmfffm mfmmppfmpfmpmffpppmfm mpffmfmmfpmpmffpppmfm

pmfmmmfmpmpppmfffm! Fmpmfpmpppffmpp, mfmppffmp *fmpmfpmmmfmp* ppfmpfmpf
ppmffm mmfmfpmppfmmfmp!
So I was *almost* on your side, but your inability to read what I wrote
pretty much pushes me the other way.

As an anonymous poster you don't have that right. The ego is on your
end because you couldn't post as yourself, and then try to chastise
those that disagree with you. Come out as yourself and we can work out
the differences, continue to post anonymously and most of couldn't care
less about you.
If you'd bother to read this ng _at all_, you'd know I seldom come
across negatively, but try my best to help wherever I can. However,
you would also have noticed that I don't suffer attitudes lightly. I
might not always say much about it, but they get plonked fairly
quickly. I haven't quite decided about you, yet, so there's hope. But I
don't hold out much hope . . . :-)
