Saving iptables

Hi, Im new to linux and i've been trying to play around with iptables,
I've found that the firewall GUI interface is not to my liking and have
edited some of the rules in the konsole...

the problem has arisen when i've tried to save the changes,
SuSEfirewall2 doesnt have a save command, i know there's iptables-save
but I have no idea where to dump the output... i've looked all over but
couldnt find an answer,

using SuSE 9.3
