Adding a Patch to a Source RPM

Is there any way for me to add a patch to a SuSE release source RPM? The
package in question is KDEPIM. I checked out KDEPIM via subversion and
compiled it with my patch that way, but there are a few code issues not
fixed there that are fixed in SuSE's release... it seems.

So, I have kdepim3-3.4.0-17.src.rpm, any way I can add 3 patch files to it
or extract everything from it and recompile it?

Thanks,

Dave M
