I don't have a direct answer for you, but I Googled "udf reader SuSE"
and got quite a few links. Here's one that might help:

BTW, a Windows machine that did not have a udf reader installed or the
packet-writing software that was used to create the cd-rw's won't be
able to read them either. This is why using packet-writing software
should generally be avoided.
