Buy a new drive of equal or larger size.
Use dd_rescue to copy the partition to the new drive.
Try to fsck and mount the filesystem from the new drive.
Alternatively, buy SpinRite 6 from grc.com to try and restore
the bad sector. I'd buy a new drive in any case.
