Yes, I've done that. There's a mini ISP HOWTO on www.tldp.org that provides
the info. While it's written for an older version of Red Hat, it shouldn't
be too hard to adapt to SuSE. One thing you'll have to configure is proxy
arp, which allows the server to send and receive packets, on behalf of the
dial in computer.
