I set up one of these cards a while back.

modprobe ndiswrapper

ndiswrapper -i /path to inf file

You can use iwconfig from the command line (as another poster pointed
out) or

It is really easy from yast.

Just add the network card and go through all of the stages. In the
module section, just type ndiswrapper.

Continue on and and enter your wpa key.

To get this in more detail. Type ndiswrapper in SUSE help and it will
bring you through all of the steps.

There is a problem with these cards when using wpa. Your wireless router
must broadcast its SSID or the card will not pick it up. This also
happens in windows. For some reason Linksys did not supply a driver that
supported wpa. On windows, I think you have to use a third party driver
from microsoft. Either way, make sure you broadcast SSID.
