Since upgrading to KDE 3.4 I've had problems with Kinternet re-dials.
After Kinternet is opened the first connection works fine. However,
re-connection fails with the following messages in the log.
pppd[0]: --> PPP negotiation detected.
pppd[0]: Serial connection established.
pppd[0]: Connect: modem1 <--> /dev/ttyS1
pppd[0]: LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
pppd[0]: Connection terminated.
pppd[0]: tcflush failed: Bad file descriptor
pppd[0]: tcsetattr: Invalid argument (line 997)
pppd[0]: tcsetattr: Invalid argument (line 1036)
Status is: disconnected
pppd[0] died: Fatal pppd error (exit code 1)
Since the upgrade I've made a clean install of SUSE 9.3, thinking the
problem was associated with the way I'd upgraded, but the problem persists.
