UN-Ignoring Dependency Issues ???

When installing packages, one of the dependency-check
options is "Ignore". Sometimes it's OK to ignore a
discrepancy, usually not.
Now for the question ... when 'Ignore' is choosen, is
a list of WHAT is to be ignored stored somewhere for
posterity ? Now that my installation is up and working
pretty well I'd like to go back and UN-ignore certain
problems so I can resolve them properly. How ?
