You probably have Multihead instead of Xinerame. Chaneg in Yast,
Hardware, Graphics Card, Change, Multihead, Multihead Mode.
You can see this if you have two menu buttons. The reason you can not
drag from one monitor to another is because they are two different
workspaces.
