I have my computer dual booted suse 9.0 and windows xp pro.
The 2 os's are on 2 different drives.
Suse is on a 10 gig drive, and
windows is on a 160 gig drive.
The 160 gig drive is partitioned so that there is about 150 gigs for
ntfs (which windows is installed on) and then 10 gigs of Fat32 for
moving files from linux to windows and back again.
I just created a link on my desktop that points to the 10 gig partition
on the 160 gig drive, the device line under properties says
/dev/hdb5
============
Could not mount device.
The reported error was:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hdb1,
or to many mounted file systems.
===================
I know I'm missing other information, that you would need to help me get
access to the windows 10 gig partition.. but I've been at this a little
to long.. so I'm starting to make stupid errors...
if you need any information from me.. please ask and I'll be happy to
post any information for you.
thanks in advance.
