I recently had to give back my hi res monitor which I was using with
my SUSE 9.2 box.

I managed to get X going by running sax2, but the text mode after the
boot manger still says out of range on the screen until X boots. From
memory, it was fairly small font. I cant't get a text screen for logon
either.

How do I reset this to work with the new monitor?
