changing window managers in suse 9.3?

I have just begun to use 9.3 and like it.
Although I am a happy user of kde mostly, I have become aware that I
don't know how to change the window manager.

In 9.2 there was a drop down menu at logon. I cannot see anything
similar in 9.3.

I do not expect to be using it much, but I would appreciate knowing how
I explore other WM's. Looking in the online docs for suse has not been
fruitful. Have I missed something?
