Why? What does it matter if these times are different. If you see the
list, you get to see your time, so you know where it is in order of
posting compared to the rest.
When you look at the message, you look at what time the person woke up
to do the posting.
Oh and better switch to a real Usenet reader like slrn fetching news
with either slrnpull or leafnode.
