That's the problem:
I have an hard disk with windows xp and suse 9.1.
linux:/home/Fibber # fdisk -l
Disk /dev/hda: 30.0 GB, 30005821440 bytes
16 heads, 63 sectors/track, 58140 cylinders
Units = cilindri of 1008 * 512 = 516096 bytes
Dispositivo Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 * 1 28966 14598832+ 7 HPFS/NTFS
/dev/hda2 28967 29949 495432 82 Linux swap
/dev/hda3 29950 58140 14208264 83 Linux
Now i want to delete Windows and install at its place suse 9.3 so to have
both 9.3 and 9.1. How can i do it ? I thought 1) to format hda1 with
reiser, 2) call it, say, "Files", 3) and add a line in /etc/fstab with its
mount point so to have it mounted at start in /home/Fibber, all done via
Yast. But after that ? How can I install a new distro in this new place ?
Thanks for the help
