Hello all,

I can't install software from a CD, the CD is mounted when inserted in the
drive but 9.3 won't read the disk. It returns an error message saying
there's no medium in the drive. The disk is read with no problem in
Windoze; but I don't want to install the software on Windoze(it is cross
platform), so the disk is not defective. I have 9.3 on three computers and
the same error message appears when trying to install on them as well. Is
there something I should do before 9.3 will read the disk and let me
install the program. Thanks for any help.

Jim
