I have had some success in getting connected; taking into account
several other enquiries/responses, I've disabled the Ethernet card in
this laptop under Linux. After this, I can ping my router/gateway and
also ping other W2K laptops connected to the network. I therefore
assume that the wireless card is being recognised.

However, I still can't display web pages with either Firefox or
Konqueror. Below are the results of running the commands "rcnetwork
status" and "iwconfig" - do these shed any light on what may be the
cause of my issues?

Yours in frustration,

JR
