login time restrictions

I am trying to set up some time restriction rules on Suse 9.3. I guess my
first question would be, is it possible without going to 3rd party
software?
An example of what I want to achieve.:
User1: Login between 4:30PM - 9:00PM
At 9:00PM I would like the system to logout User1 automatically.
Aditionally I would like to be able to create separate rules for weekdays
and weekends.
Any recommendations?
