online update and packman mirrors couldn't CWD to update

Hi,

Tried a few packman mirrors and always get the same message: couldn't
CWD to update. So the following one
http://ftp.cesnet.cz/MIRRORS/packman.iu-bremen.de/suse/9.3/
should be entered in YOU as (?):

Server name: ftp.cesnet.cz
Directory: /MIRRORS/packman.iu-bremen.de/suse/9.3/

but gives couldn't CWD to update

Can somebody propose a valid pathname, ftp or http in two separate
parts, servername and directory ?
