BT, wvdial and 9.3

Hi everybody,
I am trying to use GPRS over bluetooth with m siemens cell phone. Everything
works with normal serial cable and everything works with BT (browsing the
phone etc).

After setting as entry like the following in wvdial.conf

[Dialer WindGPRS_BT]
Modem = /dev/rfcomm0
FlowControl = None
Stupid Mode = 1
Carrier Check = no
Dial Command = ATD
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","internet.wind.biz"
Phone = *99***1#
Username = ""
Password = ""

and using rfcomm for creating /dev/rfcomm0 (I can test that /dev/rfcomm0 is
working since I can use minicom over it) I tried to issue

wvdial WindGPRS_BT

but...

--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.54.0
--> Cannot open /dev/rfcomm0: Cannot get information for serial port.
--> Cannot open /dev/rfcomm0: Input/output error
--> Cannot open /dev/rfcomm0: Connection reset by peer

Has anybody a suggestion? It is very strange, since I can use / dev/rfcomm0
without problems from other programs...
