Hi everybody!

Is there a way to prevent Gnome (currently I'm using 2.12) to show the
mounted network shares (don't matter which kind) on the desktop?

I hava a number of mounted network shares on my working computer and
don't like to have them all scattered across my desktop. I would like
them to appear only in the "Computer" folder.

If possible, I would like them not to show up in the "Locations" as
well.I've looked already in the "Gnome Configuration Editor" but did
not really find an options which would allow to control this.

Does anybody know how to configure this?

TIA.

Kindest regards,
Thomas.
