It sounds like you will have to fix your windows boot partition and then
re-install the linux boot loader.
To fix the boot partiton
Insert windows cd and boot to the cd
select repair
once in the repair console, type
fixboot and Y
fix mbr abd Y
then fix the Linux boot loader using the Linux CD.
