Newbie, and Pan newsreader

I am a SUSE 10.0 newbie. Using Pan Newsreader, I am trying to get to
news://support-forums.novell.com/opensuse.org.suse-linux.support.install-configure-administration
My list of newsgroups does not include this site. I have already made
several inquiries using http but it is very slow. I can switch over to
Windows, and use Outlook Express but thats a hassle switching back and
forth. Obviously I have missed something. What am I doing wrong?
