Using Pan, you should be able to simply click this URL:
news://support-forums.novell.com/opensuse.org.suse-linux.support.install-configure-administration
Write back if that doesn't work, and I'll post instructions to be used
inside of pan, entering the Tools menu item on the menu bar.
