Then just stop doing that, and get on with the learning process. Don't
argue; rather, think, and understand.

This is a good group, with friendly people, that will try to help you, if
they can, and if you let them. You're starting to see that now. That's
good.

Remember, this is a world wide group, and, to a large proportion of the
people here, English is a second, third, or fourth language. When they ask
questions, they are not being nosey. Rather than simply giving a direct,
and possibly discouraging, answer to your initial request, they are trying
to understand, fully, what "end result" you are trying to accomplish, so
they can then offer the most efficient way they know, for you to gain that
end result.

Think about the questions they ask, in the context; how was I unclear in
my initial request, and how can I be more precise, when answering this new
question. Then give that answer freely. The more clear, concise,
information you relay, the better equipt they are to offer meaningful, and
effective solutions.

Don't get defensive, and argumentative. We, the vast majority of people
here, have two main goals; to share, and give back, some of what
knowledge we've gained, from our own experiences, to whoever has need of
that knowledge, and thereby also learn, through observation, from each
other in the process. There is great knowledge to be gained here, and once
gained, great opportunity to pass that knowledge on to others, especially
those that come here, initially, somewhat bewildered by it all.

You came here looking for a quick answer to a single short term problem.
Stick around, and gain an education. ;-)
